Stage 1: Scoping

STAGE ACTIVITIES HAVE NOW BEEN COMPLETED.

ACTIVITIES INCLUDED:

EMAIL COMMUNICATION

This project began with emails to previous participants of the ‘Connect to the Creative Grid’ Project. As Mycelium progresses new participants are added to The Creative Grid subscriber list (MailChimp). Occasional updates have kept members informed of project evolution.

ONLINE SURVEYS

Two surveys were developed and distributed via the Survey Monkey platform seeking project concept input and feedback.

Scoping Stage Survey #1 - launched August 11th. This was an introduction to the project. Questions focused upon project scope and possible activities. 120 responses have been received.

[Survey analysis is available upon request]

Scoping Survey #2 - launched September 14th. This survey dug deeper into the project’s guiding values and objectives, with clarification sought on the creative C-Lab proposal. 40 responses have been received.

[Survey analysis is available upon request]

Scoping Survey #3 - This survey will seek feedback on the Interim Scoping Report. To be released in November.

ONE ON ONE LEARNING CONVERSATIONS

Consultation with Peak Service Organisations and key regional arts organisations undertaken via phone and in person to identify existing sector strengths and weaknesses, map gaps the project could address and align project goals with objectives of current funding context.

RESOURCING

Numerous funding applications have been submitted to a range of sources. Conversations with regional arts organisations have informed the level of In kind contribution from the sector.
