Description

Two Autumn Afternoons with Tom Chvojka (and his grand piano). Only 15 tickets available for each session. Get in quick!

Presented by Southern Forest Arts & the Northcliffe Family & Community Centre

Pianist: Tom Chvojka

Date: Sunday 18th April and Sunday 9th May

Venue: Tom Chvojka’s music studio, Quinninup (address supplied upon booking)

Time: 2 – 4.30pm

Cost: $20

Proceeds: Profits from these concerts go to the Conservation Council of WA and the WA Forest Alliance

Bookings: Bookings must be received four days before each of the relevant concerts.

Transport:

April 18 concert: The Northcliffe Community Bus has been arranged by the Northcliffe Family & Community Centre to take seniors to and from the Centre. This service has been donated by the Family Centre. Bookings essential by April 15th. Call 97767221 to book your seat ASAP

Catering: Afternoon tea will be provided. Please contact Southern Forest Arts if you have any specific dietary needs.

Cancellation & refund Policy:

  • If a participant cancels outside of two weeks before the start of the workshop and has paid the full amount of the workshop, the payment will be refunded minus a $20 processing fee.
  • If a participant cancels within two weeks of the first day of the workshop and has paid the full amount there will be no refund.
  • If extenuating circumstances occur such as an emergency, death, or tragedy, the SFA committee will review a request for full refund.
  • If the workshop is cancelled by Southern Forest Arts, a full refund will be given
