Bringing culture, science biodiversity & art together
The Northcliffe Genestreaming Journey Sculpture is the first permanent sculpture installed in the Understory Garden Gallery, located within the Northcliffe Information & Visitor Centre.
This unique public artwork is a proud part of the Genestreaming Journeys Sculpture Trail, which runs across Australia’s South West, Great Southern and Wheatbelt. It’s a breathtaking fusion of art, science, and conservation, designed to connect people with the Tree of Life, celebrate First Nations knowledge, and inspire action for our environment.
The sculpture’s intricate design blends First Nations art on the exterior with scientific illustrations of local ecosystems on the interior, making it both a visual masterpiece and an educational tool.
