Our first Culture Club afternoon tea is happening 3-5pm Saturday 25th May. Our guides are local resident Ida Kayaci (from Turkiye/Turkey) and our SFA university intern Baska Bolor-Erdene (from Mongolia).
Ida will be showing us how to do some traditional Turkish folk dances. Super easy to learn and so much fun. Baska will be teaching us traditional games of skill and strategy using knucklebones.
Both Ida and Baska will share food from their homeland.
This is a joyous opportunity to discover the heritage, customs and culture of distant lands. This is a family friendly, free event. Everyone welcome.
