Hurry up! Applications for Round 2 travel bursaries for the Open Borders 2023 WA Regional Visual Arts Summit are now OPEN for a short time only.
The EOI process is quick and easy. It should take between 5-15 minutes. Submissions will be assessed in the order they are received. It is advisable to submit ASAP, as all bursaries may be allocated prior to the submission deadline of 5pm Friday 28th July.
We are seeking a range of voices from across a broad geographic spread to identify the needs of WA’s regional visual arts sector. Priority will be given to applications from people who identify as one or more of the following:
- First Nations Artist/Artsworker
- Artist/Artsworker with a disability
- Artist/Artsworker aged under 30
- Artist/Artsworker from a diverse background
If you don’t meet the above criteria, but feel your viewpoint could still add value to the mix of delegates at the Summit you can still apply, but you will need to convince us of the value of your unique offering.
Up to 20 bursaries are available in this round. There will be no further bursary rounds. Bursary requests will cover a contribution to the cost of:
- Vehicle charges, train/bus fares, and/or flights
- Parking fees/Taxi/Uber fares
