This is our seventh Shroom Zoom within the Mycelium project. Each session features a guest facilitator invited to explore topics of interest within the regional arts sector. The Zoom Rooms allow us to connect, increase sector collaboration, resilience and sustainability, support community vitality and grow wellbeing for regionally based creative practitioners.

TOPIC: Having tools to think about revenue planning and sustainability can give you the control and confidence you need to make stronger robust organisations.
Julian Canny, from regional social enterprise, Euphorium explores how they build a business model that delivers valuable regional arts and sustainable revenue to a growing organisation.Through this session Julian will go through that process while breaking down key business development concepts and strategies that you can use to gather a better understanding of how to apply to your unique organisations.
Participation Note: Please be prepared to interact with the workshop and a desktop is advised for this session.An understanding of how an organisation finances operates will be presumed by attendees and will attempt to give opportunities to participate in workshop activities through links provided in the session.
